The Applicant, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, was initially refused a work permit under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
During a consultation in December, our licensed immigration consultant identified that the Applicant had a valid provincial endorsement and was still eligible for restoration of status and PR under the AIP.
