At Verge Immigration Services Inc., we’re excited to share another triumph in helping clients achieve his Canadian immigration goals. We recently represented an applicant in the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program (NSNP) under the Critical Construction Worker Stream. Facing the challenges of gathering required documentation and meeting program criteria, the client relied on our expertise to get across the finishing line quickly and efficiently.
Our team prepared and submitted a comprehensive application on July 10, 2025, tailored to the NOC 75110 occupation (Construction trades helpers and labourers). Despite the program’s rigorous requirements, including restrictions to a specific employer and occupation, we received the Confirmation of Nomination on August 29, 2025—just under two months later. This original nomination certificate is valid until August 31, 2026, allowing the applicant to stay in Nova Scotia, work with the same employer and apply for the permanent residence in Canada and make Canada their permanent home.

This quick approval highlights the importance of preparation and attention to detail in provincial nominee applications. At Verge Immigration, we specialize in turning complex immigration journeys into seamless successes—reach out today if you are looking for reliable partners on your immigration journey in Canada.
