The Applicant had reached out to us after their previous work permit had expired and we assisted them in obtaining a work permit support letter from the Manitoba PNP under the public policy that is in effect for those whose permits are expiring in the year 2025.
The public policy allowed those who had eligible EOI in Manitoba to apply for a work permit support letter from the Province of Manitoba, which would enable the clients to submit an LMIA exempt work permit and request a two year province specific work permit in Canada.
The client can now work in Canada for two years in Manitoba for any employer in any occupation and wait for their PNP and PR and stay gainfully employed here.
