SASKATCHEWAN IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM (SINP)
&
WELCOME TO &saskatchewan
Saskatchewan is one of Canada’s fastest-growing prairie provinces, known for its strong labour market, affordable cost of living, and family-friendly communities. From busy cities like Saskatoon and Regina to agricultural and industrial hubs across the province, employers are actively looking for skilled workers, students, entrepreneurs, and farmers who want to build a long-term future here.
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is the main pathway the province uses to select newcomers for provincial nomination for permanent residence. If Saskatchewan nominates you, you can then apply to the federal government (IRCC) for Canadian PR.
WHAT IS
& Saskatchewan immigrant NOMINEE PROGRAM (SINP)?
The SINP is Saskatchewan’s provincial nominee program. It allows the province to:
Select candidates who meet real labour-market needs.
Nominate successful candidates for permanent residence.
Manage its annual nomination allocation.
Most skilled worker streams operate under a 110-point assessment grid. Applicants must score at least 60 points based on education, work experience, language ability, age, and connections to Saskatchewan.
Many SINP pathways require an Expression of Interest (EOI). Only the highest-ranking EOIs are invited to apply, and criteria can change at any time.
The SINP consists of four major program groups:
International Skilled Worker (ISW)
Worker with Saskatchewan Work Experience
Entrepreneur
Farm Owner and Operator
IN-DEMAND OCCUPATIONS IN Saskatchewan
